The workshop was recently converted. The massive center stone was once part of the old forge. The partially paved floor echoes the presence of a donkey that once occupied the stable. It has been kept as is. On the ground floor, an open space includes the living room and kitchen.
On the first floor, the bedroom (bed 160cm) and bathroom. The bedding is made of natural and ecological materials. The place was deliberately designed in contrast to the main house and its traditional character. Here, the two open rooms give a large place to wood and stone and more openly evoke the nature of the place and its origins. The furniture also borrows from the mixture of era and styles that are already found in the main house.
The workshop is heated by a wood burning stove and electrical heaters.
